Woodworking Instruction Classes
Learn about the history of this trade, the tools used (then & now), and of the furniture made. Classes are taught by instructor and woodworker, Scott Wetter, creator of the Mobile chapter of the non-profit, Society of American Period Furniture Makers, (SAPFM), a society dedicated to teaching the craft of historic fine furniture making. (see: www.SAPFM.org). Scott served on their national Board of Directors for 3 years and has also curated furniture exhibits and lectured on the topic at several venues in Mobile.
